Brian Guess and Rev. Jimmy Campbell officiating. Burial followed in Sequatchie Valley memorial Gardens.<\/p>\n<p>He was born in Richard City to the late Arthur and Sallie Smith and retired from the Penn-Dixie Cement Co., where he was a shift foreman.
