Mr. Michael James Harries, 68 of Scottsboro passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020. His family honored his memory by hosting a celebration of life at his favorite establishment, Stevarino\u2019s on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
\nMike proudly served his county in the United States Air Force, Vietnam era. He was a 1969 graduate of Bunnell High School in Stratford, Conn.
\nHe is survived by his daughters, Ryan Harries (Justin) Sprouse, Megan Harries (Alonso) Garcia, McKenna Katherine Harries; brothers, Thomas (Rhonda) Harries, John (Martha) Harries, Dan (Diane) Harries, Christopher Harries; sister, Mary Harries Gibson; three grandchildren, Sophia Garcia, James Sprouse, Camila Garcia; several nieces and nephews.
\nHe was preceded in death by his father, Fred J. Harries; mother, Margaret \u201cPeg\u201d Harries, brothers, Frederick Harries, David Harries.
