Lynn Hayes officiating. <br \/>\nHe is survived by his former wife, Sarah Johns; daughter, Alexis Phillips; godson, Joe Cameron; mother, Janice Phillips; father, Wesley Phillips; brothers, Hunter Phillips, Jackie Rouse, David Phillips, Michael (Briana) Phillips; nephew Hudson Phillips; grandparents, JoAnn Towers, Pat McFalls, Judy Cartwright.
