Mr. Robert L. Sawyer, 78 of Ringgold and formerly of Scottsboro, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at his home. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in the chapel of Rudder Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Guess officiating. Interment followed in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
\nRobert enjoyed fishing and was retired from TVA where he worked as an electrician out of the Power Services Shop in Muscle Shoals.
\nHe is survived by his daughters, Bobbi Sawyer, Jacqueline (Todd) Potter; grandchildren, Jordan, Kendall, Seth Smith, Carmen and Audrey Potter, Stephanie Crossley, Rob and Zach Sawyer; 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Barbara Sawyer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean; son, Carey Sawyer; parents, Oliver and Virginia Sawyer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
