Oron Whitley and Bro. Shirley Byrum officiating. Burial followed in Town Creek Cemetery. <br \/>\nHe is survived by his wife, Angela Smothers; son, Auston (Juana) Smothers; daughter, Ashley (Joseph) Freeman; father, David (Lema) Smothers; brother, Tracy Smothers; sister, Keren (Mike) Gortney; several nieces and nephews.
