Baugh McBride, 81 of Panama City and formerly of this area, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.<!--more--> Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Crane Baugh Family Cemetery on Friday, October 8, 2021. The family requests that you bring a joyful heart and wear your brightest colors as we celebrate her loving and lively spirit.<br \/>\nOriginally from Scottsboro, she made Panama City her home in 1967, coming here from the Chicago area. She was a local business owner of the iconic, L&amp;L Laundry and Dry Cleaners for over 30 years. Always charitable within the local community, she was a generous and compassionate person, never meeting a stranger. Jimmie had an innate gift for accepting and loving people as they were, no matter their walk in life.<br \/>\nMs. McBride is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Casey) Evans, Monyce (Rick) Evans; grandchildren, Mario (Livia Somarriba) Squitieri, Jr., Roman (Alexis Metherell) Evans, Miranda (Juan Martiato) Squitieri, Maria (Anthony) Stokes; great-grandchildren, Crimson (Glorianne Williams), Roman (Miranda Anderson) Jr., Cash , Ruby; siblings, Eddie (Nargiza) Baugh, Gus (Faye) Baugh, Jr., Jackie Baugh; close friend, Chance Hinton; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Gus Baugh; mother, Lorene Baugh; sister, Earlon Sheaks; longtime friend, Shelby Harris.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ms. Jimmie D.
