Proctor, 71 of Athens and formerly of Scottsboro passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. <!--more-->Funeral services were held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home chapel in Scottsboro with Rev. Donna King officiating. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery. <br \/>\nLarry is survived by his wife, Becky Proctor; mother, Izella Proctor; son, John Proctor; daughter, Rana (Bubba) Smith; grandchildren, Mason Smith, Kathrynn Proctor, Brooklynne Proctor; sister, Sharon Proctor.
