Stephen Ward officiating. Burial followed in New Prospect Cemetery. <br \/>\nMrs. Winkles is survived by her husband, Howard Sonny Winkles; son, Ray (Tracy) Winkles; daughters, Brenda (Michael) George, Belina (Mike) Davis; grandchildren, Melinda (Sam) Foster, Somer (Bailey) Reding, HeatherWinkles, Daniel (Dixie) Winkles, Tiffiany (Eric) Stapler, Dustin (Erin) Davis; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dean Rice, Mary Lou Dunn; several nieces and nephews.
