He was a member of Grant First Baptist Church.<br \/>\nMr. Bailey is survived by his sons, Richard A. (Rita) Bailey, Bobby (Cindy) Bailey; daughters, Jennie Brannon, Mary Bailey; brothers, Robert Bailey, Jim Bailey, David Bailey; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
