Ruby Tipton McNeese, 89 of Scottsboro passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Private funeral services were held for the family with burial following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
\nShe worked for many years for Jim Pitts Flowers and Gifts. In 1969, she opened her own flower shop, the Bo-Kay Shop. She took joy in flowers, plants, the outdoors, and she loved her cats.
\nFondly known as Aunt Sister, she is survived by her nieces, Ellen Anne Tipton, Katye Tipton; very special friends, Patti and Daniel Pierce, whose care and friendship will always be remembered. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Pauline Hicks Tipton; brother Raymond (Jane) Caperton Tipton; husbands, George Bailey, Ken McNeese.
