Services were officiated by Joey Dean.<br \/>\nHe is survived by his daughters, Teresa (Ricky Boozer) Connell, Haley (Nathan) Parrish, Angie Hall; grandchildren, Clayton Hall, Heather Hollinghead, T.C. Hollinghead, Curtis Whitehead; great-grandchildren, Paisley Parrish, Braxton Parrish, Ava Hollinghead, Emma Whitehead, Thomas Hollinghead; several nieces and nephews.
