J.B. Jones and Bro. Johnny Webb officiating. Burial followed in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.<br \/>\nMr. Phillips was a United States Army veteran and a supervisor for Shaw Industries. <br \/>\nHe is survived by his wife, Joyce Phillips; daughter, Tammy Phillips; grandson, Dustin Phillips; great-grandson, Jackson Phillips; brother, Harold Phillips; special niece and nephews, Deneen Phillips, Michael Phillips, Rusty Summers; a host of other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Arthur and Ruth Jeanette Rorex Phillips; brothers, Wayne Phillips, Ralph Phillips, J.W.
