Phillip Webb officiating.<br \/>\nCharles is survived by his children, Virginia Allen (Tommy) Ellenburg, Cindy Allen (Michael) Clark, Paul (Tammy) Kasper, Phil Kasper, Greg Kasper, Beth (Kevin) Allen; grandchildren, Matthew (Kelly) Cook, Jennifer (Mario) Duster, Jessie Humphries, Heather Humphries, Alexus McIntire, Derrick McIntire, Briar McIntire, Chase McIntire, Brittany Bailey, Kaylee Kasper, Karissa Kasper, Ryan Burgess, Amber Burgess; 13 great-grandchildren; special companions, five children and 14 grandchildren.<br \/>\nHe was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Lusk Allen; special companion, Barbara Yeik; parents, Milford and Fannie Roberts Allen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charles M.
