Interment followed in the Harmony Cemetery. <br \/>\nMr. Cornelison is survived by his wife, Cynthia Dean Cornelison; two sons, Quentin (Vanessa) Cornelison, and Derek Cornelison; one sister, Velma Durham Graham; nephew, Howard (Beverly) Durham; two great nephews, Cody (Taylor) Durham, and Colton Durham; and one great niece, Catherine Durham. He is also leaving behind special people in his journey called \u201clife\u201d as well as a host of great friends and church family.<br \/>\nMr. Cornelison was preceded in death by his dad, Lester \u201cLec\u201d Cornelison, and mom, Stella Potter Cornelison; two sisters, Sylvia Cornelison and Wanda Yvonne Cornelison; and brothers, Raymond D. and Willard L. Cornelison.<br \/>\nMr. Cornelison was born April 15, 1958, to the late Lester \u201cLec\u201d Cornelison and Stella Potter Cornelison in Jackson County Alabama. Hughlon was a 1976 graduate of Scottsboro High School. After high school he was employed by the Jackson County Board of Education as a transportation bus driver and retired with 45 years of service in May 2024.
