A new public health order has been issued.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Included in the order is the ban of all non-work gatherings of 10 or more people and the mandated closure of &#8220;non-essential&#8221; business, venues and activities. The full order and full list of &#8220;non-essential&#8221; business can be seen below.<\/p>\n<p>This order will take effect Saturday, March 28 at 5:00 p.m. and remains valid through 5 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2020. Prior to the order expiring, a determination will be made as to whether it shall be extended.<\/p>\n<p>The Scottsboro City Police Department will be handing out notices of this order to businesses who fit the criteria.
