Claude R. McGaha, age 89 of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024. Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Wayne Cappell, Rick Pender, Jay Vance and Greg Aker officiated.
\nMr. McGaha is survived by his daughters, Sherry (Mike) Womack, Sheila (Robert) Hare; sons, Bennie (Shirley) McGaha, Dennis McGaha, Donald (Pam) McGaha; sister, Clara (George) Scaggs; brother, Clifton (Brenda) McGaha; thirteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
\nMr. McGaha was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Louise Mcgaha; parents, Mack McGaha and Minerva McGaha; ten brothers; and two sisters.
\nMr. McGaha was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 91 and Local 498. Claude was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ, and a local farmer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
