Wanda \u201cLouise\u201d Phillips Dean, age 81, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024. A private service was held at her childhood home in Tupelo Pike. Interment followed in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
\nMrs. Dean is survived by her husband, Robert \u201cBob\u201d Jerry Dean; daughters, Tina (Brian) Everett and Melinda (Bobby) Gilbert; grandchildren, Erin (Justin Rogenski) Gilbert , John Keller, Kayla Ramirez Keller, Andrew (Morgan Lang) Gilbert, Andrew Green and Angel Hough; sister, Brenda Lusk; brother, Thomas Phillips; and uncle, Jack Reed.
\nMrs. Dean was preceded in death by her parents, William T. Phillips and Sybil Reed Phillips; brother, William Eugene \u201cBuster\u201d Phillips; brother in law, Larry Lusk; and sister in law, Margaret Phillips.
\nShe loved her church and especially the other women in her Sunday School class. Her entire life was spent taking care of others. Her gift of loving her family and friends with unconditional love was in everything she did. Her determination to raise her two daughters to love in the same way, was her ultimate goal.
