Roy \u201cChopper Miller and Paul Gilliam officiated. Interment followed in the Crawford\u2019s Cemetery. <br \/>\nMr. Holt is survived by his best friend and life partner, Cindy Dolberry; sisters, Ruby Joe (Willard) McCullough, Doris (Tom) Swafford and Sharon McGuffey; his beloved dog, Slim Shady; several nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends. <br \/>\nMr. Holt was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Holt and Ruby E.
