James T. Strawn, age 81 of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joe David Moore officiated. Interment followed in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
\nMr. Strawn is survived by his son, Kenneth (Billie) Strawn; daughter, Sheila (Chris) Manning; grandchildren, Kayla (Johnathon) Wilborn, Brandon (Nicole) Strawn, Chelsea Strawn, Christopher Manning, Jamie Manning, Sam Manning and Jacob Manning; great grandchildren, Eli Wilborn, Collin Wilborn, Azlynn Manning, Arizona Manning, Knoxley Manning, Asher Jackson Strawn and Phoenix Michael Dunn.
\nMr. Strawn was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Smith Strawn; second wife, Nancy Brizendine Strawn; son, Toby Lee Strawn; father, Atwood Irby Strawn; mother, Adele Smith Strawn; sister, Mary Fruzanne Dukes; and brothers, John Thomas Strawn, Kenneth Lowell Strawn and Pascal Irby Strawn. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
