No formal visitation or services will be held at Mr. Phillips request.<!--more-->Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Katherine Combs Phillips; sons, Bryan (Desiree) Phillips and Brent (Beth) Phillips; daughter, Kim (Bradley) Wilhelm; grandchildren, Drew (Lindsey) Phillips, Blake (Tia) Peacock, Riley Bennett, Koleden Phillips, Ryder Phillips and Estella Wilhelm; great grandchildren, Greyson Peacock, Elaina Phillips, Olivia Phillips and Tripp Peacock; sister, Oma (Milton) Joiner; brother, Glenn (Donna) Phillips; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Phillips and Alma Phillips; sisters, Margie Shankles, Rebecca Smith, Erlene Sargent, Daris Wingo; and brothers, Franklin Phillips, Melvin Phillips and Milford Phillips. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Thomas Eugene Phillips, age 73 of Scottsboro, passed away on March 26, 2024.
