Alvin D. Cornelison, age 75 of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from the Center Point Baptist Church. Bro. Jerry Cornelison and Pastor David Moorman officiated. Interment followed in the Center Point Cemetery.
\nMr. Cornelison is survived by his son, Kerry (Melanie) Cornelison; daughter, Trina Cornelison (Stacy) Powell; bonus daughter, Tammy (Greg) Coulter; grandchildren, Brooke Winkles, Dakota Powell, Tylyn (Allen) Wright, Colby Powell, Grant Coulter, Ava Coulter, Baylie (Mark) Hyatt, Kali (Blake) Hollingsworth; twelve great grandchildren; brother, Jessie Earl (Billie Ann) Cornelison; sister, Edna (Rev. Arnold) Hancock; as well as several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
\nMr. Cornelison was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Cornelison; parents, Luther Cornelison and Sara Jane Brownfield Cornelison; brothers, Walter Cornelison, Floyd Cornelison, Dal Cornelison, Eulish Cornelison and Alton Cornelison; and sister, Lily Hollman. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
