Highway 79 South in Scottsboro. All family and friends are invited.<br \/>\nAfter graduating from Scottsboro High in 1967, Marvin honorably served in the United States Navy for four years. <br \/>\nHe is survived by his wife, Judith Phillips; son, Chad Phillips; daughters, Lee Ann and Marsha Phillips; four grandchildren; brother, James (Ginger) Phillips; a nephew and a niece.
